Refund policy
At Aarunya Hub, we take great pride in the quality of our authentic Ayurvedic products. Due to the consumable and personal care nature of our items, we have established clear guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure hygiene, safety, and transparency.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
- Unopened Products: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions
Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Consumables: Any opened product (such as wellness juices, syrups, sharbat, skin creams, shampoos, oils, etc.) is strictly non-returnable unless received damaged.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during special sales or via gift cards.
3. Damages and Issues (Mandatory Claims)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
- ⚠️ Important: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged/missing products, an unboxing video or clear images of the package are strictly required as proof.
4. How to Start a Return
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at aarunyahub01@gmail.com within the applicable timeline.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will strictly not be accepted.
- Returns must be sent back to our official warehouse address: Aarunya Hub, 6,7 block, Highland Society, Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab, PIN 140603.
5. Refunds Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at aarunyahub01@gmail.com.
