1. Shipping Charges & Offers
To give you the best shopping experience, we offer a dynamic shipping model based on your order value:
- Orders above ₹499: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days. - Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp (via our automated system) to track your shipment in real-time.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately or manage it via your account dashboard. Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier partner.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee
- Shipping charges applied on orders below ₹499 are strictly non-refundable.
- Exception: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product due to an error from our side, the full amount—including shipping charges—will be refunded or a free replacement will be sent.
